● maintaining positive and respectful relationships between students and faculty
● the dedicated and enthusiastic faculty who are student-centered and who take great pride in student achievement and in the school
● the willingness of the faculty to work long hours and to fill any role required of them
● communicating in a consistent, timely and meaningful way with parents and students
● investing in the Strategic Learning Center to ensure that the individual needs of students are being met in both general and Judaic studies
● the students’ pride in, engagement with, and leadership of the school

● the well articulated mission, which drives all decisions in the school
● collecting data on grandparents which is used for cultivating and soliciting
● the high morale among the students and faculty
● the culture of positive change and the emphasis on continuous improvement, evident throughout the community and in the planning documents
● renting portions of its facility to Head Start and a caterer

● orienting and mentoring the new faculty to ensure a seamless transition into the school culture
● strong leadership by the Interim Head of School
● palpable collegiality and mutual respect amongst faculty, especially as it relates to mentors and professional development
● large classrooms with abundant natural light
● finding alternative sources of income (Head Start, caterer and Tai Chi)
● offering regular parent education classes
Conclusion
The visiting team expresses sincere appreciation to Dr. Paul Oberman, Interim Head of School and Joel Rojek, Accreditation Coordinator and Self-Study Chair along with the faculty, staff, students, board members, and other community representatives for their hospitality during our visit. The process of self- study has been one that engaged Yeshiva Atlanta in meaningful and productive discussion and one which has led to action plans designed to secure the future of the school.
The visiting team finds:
1. That the school is in compliance with all standards of the SAIS-AdvancED/SACS accreditation process.
2. That the self-study conducted by the school meets the standard of quality and thoroughness required by the SAIS-AdvancED/SACS accreditation process and answers the four critical questions as outlined in the Guidebook.
3. That the school is unanimously recommended for SAIS-AdvancED/SACS accreditation.
